TSRLF

The control module TSRLF implements a transformer relay by means of external thyristors and semiconductor relays that act as final controlling elements.

This allows for transformers being switched subsequently for several times. Using the soft starting procedure, a connected final controlling element is actuated in a way that one or several single-phase transformers operated within a shunt circuit can be operated with words in no-load operation or under load without inrush. The TSRLF can be delivered to actuate external thyristors or in another variant for instantaneously switching semiconductor relays.

Installation

The TSRLF is installed between mains and transformer together with the final controlling element.
